Pimple Pete is a children's dexterity game in which players must extract pimples from the plastic head of a patient. Each player takes turns flicking the spinner. The arrow will land on one of four places: his forehead, left cheek, right cheek or chin. The number of points a player earns for extracting each pimple depends on the level of difficulty. If a player pulls a pimple the wrong way as Pete's head rocks back and forth too much, the big "mega zit" on Pete's nose blasts you with water.
