Piasu

From publisher blurb: Mists of Akuma is an eastern fantasy noir steampunk campaign setting for Fifth Edition and Piasu is a feared erikotera warrior from Soburin, a shikome (hobgoblin) wrought from a wolf corrupted by the supernatural fog. This PDF preview from the Imperial Matchmaker Kickstarter contains one of the fearsome warriors battles, how he came to be erikotera, roleplaying notes to guide anyone using him, his powerful (albeit faulty) machine armor and revving tetsubo, and build at 4th and 7th level.
