User Summary The 3rd installment in the Project Shrine Maiden series. Phantasmagoria of Dimension Dream is a "versus shmup", played against a human opponent or AI. Players play on a vertically split screen, and the goal is to survive longer than the opponent. Defeating enemies on the own screen will cause bullets to appear on the opponent's screen, not unsimilar to the Puyo Puyo (Puyo Pop) series of "vs puzzle games". The game was explicitly inspired by Twinkle Star Sprites. Playable characters are Reimu Hakurei, Mima, Marisa Kirisame, Elen, Kotoki, Kana Anabell, Rikako Asakura and Chiyuri Kitashiragawa (unlockable).
