Peanut RPG System Mechanics

From the introduction: This document is an excerpt from Peanut RPG, and its focus is meant to be on System Mechanics without more genre specific content than is necessary for some examples. ... Peanut RPG is meant to use little else but paper, pencil, and a set of platonic dice. It is written in Foundation Blocks to which other Genre Specific Rule Blocks may be appended.
