Parnan Castle

From publisher blurb: Parnan is the capital of Kom, the northernmost province of the Thardic Republic. The town is an important trade hub, headquarters of the Kom Legion, and traditional heart of the Ilviran faith in the region. Although centuries have passed since Parnan was first settled, its inhabitants still look with pride on the ancient hillfort their Komii ancestors built on this wind-swept shore of Lake Benath. The post of magistrate, the province’s top civil and judicial official, has been vacant since last year. Powerful clans now back rival candidates and seek to influence the decision of the Senate. The Parnan Castle article describes the settlement's history, government, religion, economics, and military forces. It includes color GM and player maps of the settlement and brief descriptions of many local craftsmen and other locations. The article also features color floor plans of Caer Parnan, headquarters of the Kom Legion, and Parnan Palace, the center of the province's civil government.
