Paragon

From publisher blurb: Vigilante Files is a new series of additions to your OSR supers game. Compatible with Vigilante City, they feature new npc's, classes and locations for your game. In the ninth installment, we’re presenting the Paragon. This incredibly powerful class is inspired by golden age caped heroes. Power doesn’t come without a price though as they have stringent requirements, and aren’t as skilled as other heroes. In addition, they have a fatal weakness.
