"Victory: The Game ends at the end of 10 turns. You win a Peace Victory if at the end of the game, both the Western Fear Meter and the Arab Hostility Meter are at 5 or less. You win an Oil Victory if at the end of the game, your Oil Control Meter is 15+." "Defeat: You lose if the Political Turmoil Meter is ever 5+ at the end of your turn: You are kicked out of Office. You lose if the Arab Hostility Meter is ever 30+ at the end of your turn: All the Arab Countries declare war against you."
