From the game manual: OVERRUN is a tactical level simulation of small unit actions during the Arab-Israeli Wars and in the near future. You and your opponent command various units that represent the forces of the countries actually or potentially involved in those conflicts. Each unit is an individual vehicle or a squad of men. At the beginning of each battle you are given a mission to accomplish. You then have a certain number of game turns in which to accomplish your mission.
