From the introduction: At 1st level, a cleric gains the Divine Domain feature. At the DM’s discretion, the following domain option is available to a cleric, in addition to those offered in the Player’s Handbook. The Order domain represents discipline, as well as service to a society or an institution, whether that service is rendered in obedience to or enforcement of the law—civil, religious, or both.
