User summary: Character creation in One Braincell is quite simple and involves generating narrative tags for Concept, Primary Ability, two Secondary Abilities, a Weakness, a Goal, and a Secret. When a non-trivial Task is attempted, the GM will determine the Difficulty of the Task and assign a number of specialized dice between 1 and 5, attempting to gain "successes" on the dice equal to the needed number. An optional Dilemma Dice can be used to add variability. Characters may be given Plot Points which they may spend to gain momentary narrative control of the game--however, the GM can overrule the event if they desire.
