The adventure begins with characters captured, disarmed and helpless. The Ibo, a tall and strong people from the east, are known for their slave practices that cover the entire continent. Searching in various corners of Ryanon, the Ibanos capture all those who find it profitable, or at least useful in their work. After weeks imprisoned, the characters see the Tolgari Mountains, a wild and dangerous territory, full of goblins and vile creatures. None of this seemed to be a problem for the slaveowners, who were determined to go to Tolgari Bay, then to the Hecato Empire, the richest and most authoritarian nation on the continent. What they did not count was a sudden onslaught of the local barbarians of the Bear clan, powerful warriors and territorialists, enemies of anyone they deem to be invaders of their domain.
