Odonata

Users summary: This game has a distinctly creepy feel to the setting; characters are all young girls without much experience. The game revolves around attempts to subvert them psychologically - a trope sometimes found in "dark, Faustian 'magical girl' anime." Characters have Skills (Flee, Endure, Appeal, Outwit) with ten dice distributed among them at creation. In addition characters have a few narrative traits.
