Nucleus Character Generator (Version 5)

User summary: For Nucleus Version 5 and above, the character generator is implemented in Microsoft Excel as an XLS with data and formulas that partially automate and error-check the rather complicated character creation process. The workbook has several tabs and cells are color-coded to indicate basic function (e.g., data entry, coded values, or derived values).
