NPCs: Wanted 04

From publisher blurb: Your players' characters will run into many people during the course of a gaming session. Some will be wanted by the law or other authorities. For in-person games, print out these pages and clip out a Wanted poster as a handout. For virtual games, show your players the section of the file for the fugitive you want them aware of. This system-agnostic collection includes: A leonid who is wanted for endagering the queen The suspected bandit "Captain Quarto" An elf who may use death magic and his pseudodragon companion An infernal fighter wanted for - what reason, exactly?
