NPCs and Locations

From publisher blurb: NPCs and Locations RPG supplement includes lore of NPCs and locations plus secrets, rumors and adventure hooks to use them in your games. Basically, the game master’s job is to propose locations and NPCs to their players and see how things evolve; I thought that a great, useful addition to my RPG supplements library would be a book with cool characters and places to use in your games. Legends, peculiar locations, and strange people to insert into the path of your party and see what decisions they make. The book is as descriptive and rules-light as possible and meant to be used with any Fantasy RPG. What would your party do if they encounter an abandoned goblin child? Would they take him with them? And imagine it's an offering for a monstrous deity who will now hunt down the baby wherever he goes (along with the party). Perhaps the party will meet Tharg Grott, a dungeon merchant who is always in the right place at the right time. Or they could visit Belias' room, the place where the now-deceased famous detective solved many of his cases. Unfortunately, many are left behind, including a prolific serial killer he was unable to catch.
