No Hit Points Combat Rules

Variant Rules for Use with the Grim-n-Gritty Hit Point and Combat Rules. From the introduction: This document is a rather long set of variant rules that can be applied to the Grim-n-Gritty Hit Point and Combat Rules to provide Hit Point free combat mechanics. Characters do not have Hit Points. Instead of causing points of damage, weapons inflict wound conditions. These wound conditions hinder a character or creature’s performance, eventually resulting in death.
