From the introduction: National Model United Nations (NMUN) conferences are held annually in New York City and Washington, DC. Since 2008, a number of international conferences have also been held at varying sites. These conferences strive to provide attending delegates knowledge, skills, and experience that will be applicable both during and after their university experience. While NMUN prides itself on having a well-trained volunteer Secretariat, superior resources, and support for delegates before and during each conference, the quality of these conferences is largely contingent on the preparation of the delegates.
