New Orleans of the 1800's

Publisher's blurb: Bon jour, mes amis! Welcome to New Orleans! Right this way, mon petit chou-chou. Mind the rivermen. They aren't too mindful of where the load swings... Antique Maps XXX - New Orleans of the 1800s details the City of New Orleans, as it was in the 1800s. This map is very detailed. The legend includes a very complete listing of existing places of note. The map bears the date 1845, and such a map was likely to be used for planning future development of the city. As such, it would have been reasonably accurate for many decades after its printing.
