Neon Augments #1

RULES EXPANSION 3.3 In the fallout of the new Neon World, new bizarre technologies emerged—technologies built on new elements found among the wilds and wastes. Scientists believe these new rocks and elements are a result of the changing atomic landscape. Most importantly, engineers realized that these new elements seemed to fuse seamlessly with the human body without much of the prior difficulties with the immune system rejecting implants or transplants. As such, these new resources have been used to create augments for humans, to prolong life, to increase stamina, to overall empower and strengthen humans to a level never before believed possible. Add more character options to your Neon Road Campaign with Character Expansions such as this one! Augment your character with ULTRA POWERFUL implants. - from the publisher's blurb
