From the introduction: When creating a Nation, try being imaginative and thoughtful. Unless playing on an earth scenario, generally try to keep nations different than our real nations. Use the lists below to determine the economic, political, religious, and racial traits of your nation. When done, fill out the attached Nation Information Sheet. If desired, the player can create a flag and history for the nation. Use the Nation Play Sheet to keep track of your nation. User summary: Nation RPG incorporates light (and somewhat abstracted) roleplaying elements with action resolution that is very similar to nation-building board games.
