From publisher blurb: As they travel the northernmost reaches of Panalane, the adventurers encounter the Tovarē. These hunter-gatherers, previously bound to the Great River, present a royal charter allowing them to resettle Blooming Port, a abandoned settlement nearby, and they beg the PCs for assistance. The crossing ahead is hazardous, but the heroes’ true mettle is tested when they discover the settlement is occupied. Anchored in the Market Square is Her Royal Highness, a two-masted schooner with a fractious crew flying a pirate flag. Meanwhile, the pirate-hunting necromancer Commodore Amrit Ruggiero sees a chance to capitalize upon the schism among the pirates and claim their corpses. Now, the fate of Blooming Port rests in the hands of the PCs. Set on the banks of the Great River Ēa, Mutiny at Blooming Port is a 3rd-level adventure of exploration, combat, and social interaction intended to be played in 1-2 sessions.
