In the game you play as Monkey, a monkey sent to the planet to save the world from the Nightmare King, and, under the guidance of master sage, he must capture all of the pieces of the magic story book and defeat the Nightmare King. The world is displayed on a map and even though the outside map is not large, it was great for the time of its creation, also, overall it is very large if you include the dungeons.
