Millipede (1982)

Publisher's blurb Exterminate the oncoming millipedes and fleas as they descend through the mushroom patch. Blast giant bouncing spiders before they pounce on you. Shoot a millipede in the body and suddenly two millipedes descend toward your ship. Millipede is written in machine language, has excellent graphics, and great sound.
