Michtim - Character Diary

Publisher's blurb: In 2009 I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. My doctor tasked me with keeping a diary to track my emotions and thoughts. Taking notes of your day can be a helpful activity, so I thought I make my diary template available to the public. Every spread represents a day, and you can fill in the little boxes on the top left with a number indicating how happy, sad, angry (etc) you felt. Also each spread has a small Michtim illustration in the bottom right corner to brighten your day a little. Of course you can also use the Character Diary to create fun Michtim characters. Each page features 5mm squares in a light brown color for your convenience. Make the book yours.
