In the small suburb of Neotroplis you can find small shops that are still surviving in this modern era. One of these shops is Maxwell’s TV and Appliance Repair. The unremarkable building looks like most of the other stores in the neighborhood. The windows and doors have bars over them, the peeling paint is tagged with gang graffiti, and the parking lot is home to a few abandoned cars.
