You are a savvy merchant using basic arithmetic to earn as much gold as possible. Your goal is to acquire assets in the four suits of a standard deck of cards to gain prominence in different aspects of society, and more importantly; to gain influence with the royal court. Math Kings is a two player game that is played in 20-30 minutes with a standard deck of playing cards. Players alternate taking turns buying cards or earning gold using a 3 x 3 display of cards. Cards cost the "square" of their value, and you earn gold by multiplying the values of cards of the same suit. Face cards offer special abilities, and are acquired by players as they collect cards of the same suit. The rules are one page long, and are posted in the "Files" section.
