User summary: Characters in the game assume one of two distinct roles - some are charlatans, some are physicians. They both travel through the campaign world trying to cure a plague. Neither type has the tools to complete the task, nor can they cure the plague working in tandem. The game uses a game master (here, the Rose Queen) and suggests that dice, etc., can be used if the group finds such use comfortable or useful.
