Mars: The Blue Planet

Publisher's blurb: Mars! The year is 2101 and CITY 001, the first and only city of Mars, is a thriving metropolis. Filled with wondrous technology and mighty heroes, the city has flourished since it was founded by the hero known as THE MIGHTY BRAIN, utilizing the technology of THE BLUE LASER to power all aspects of life. You are a citizen of the city, and your fate is yours to decide. You can be a superhero fighting to defend your home, or a detective working on a case, or a student trying to make ends meet. You could be a bank robber planning their next heist, a scorned fan out for revenge, or a serial killer on a rampage, but only villains do that.
