Malleus Maleficarum

User summary: This fascinating game uses a custom deck of cards to drive the action (cards are not provided in the rules, but instructions for making a deck are). One player is the Prévôt (game master) and the remaining players are villagers. Villagers start with a social standing and several other narrative traits, which may include some type of nefarious secret. Production qualities and presentation are exceptional.
