Strip mined away, population waned and those without money stayed behind. Surviving and maintaining the past two years have brought in a bountiful harvest allowing for more trade and a new indoor marketplace. Such activity has caught the eye of the Bronze Coyotes. Each passing week the village comes under heavier attack or tactical robbery. First it was a small raid on a food storage, where a few Bronze Coyotes took some bags of rice. It has escalated to daylight robbery at the marketplace. The villagers are just farmers and request aid from the Jade Stratagem, or any would be heroes. Money is scarce, but they can offer food with shelter in the meantime, with a payment eventually to come.
