Madden NFL 2003 is an American football video game. It features then-reigning 3 time NFL Offensive Player of the Year, and St. Louis Rams running back Marshall Faulk on the cover. This edition of Madden was the first to feature EA Trax. Andrew W.K. and the members of Good Charlotte are playable characters in the game, and become free agents through the use of Madden Cards. John Elway can also be put in the game on the free agents list through the use of a Madden Card.
