Card description: When this is discarded from the Underworld board, each player receives $1m for each of their dice in every casino and parking lot they own. Do not draw a property card this turn. Final card text: When this card comes off the deck, set each casino's highest dice to 3. Set each other die to 1. Discard this card. The next property card pays all casinos.
