Lord Trimalkes

From publisher blurb: Our second entry in our “Free City of Vadashar” line. Lord Trimalkes is a fabulously wealthy NPC who owns much of the best real estate in the Free City of Vadashar, as well as its largest private library. He knows everyone in power, and they know him; the trouble is, they really can't stand the sight of him. Famed as a gourmand, and even more famed as an eccentric, he can serve as a potential patron, ally, or aggravation for your player characters. Included is a brief history of the Free City of Vadashar, description and stat block of Lord Trimalkes. There is also advice for incorporating Lord Trimalkes into your campaign.
