From the introduction: Lord Bunco Dulally is known as an eccentric. He has built a modest hole just outside of the halfling settlement. He loves to hunt and fish and keep fruit trees. The land is a quiet place on the edge of a "quaint" old forest with some boar, red deer and elk in abundance. The nearby river it teaming with trout. The owner parted with the property for a very reasonable sum. This pleased the thrifty lord Dulally.
