Loathsome Souls (M&M3)

From publisher blurb: From Jacob Blackmon (author of the fan-favorite Super Powered Legends Line) comes a cadre of supernatural foes! Costumed heroes and the supernatural have a habit of running into on another. While the mystical world tends to stay in the shadows, a few individuals enjoy the glory and style of super-villainy. Within these pages, you will find a collection of villains themed with supernatural and magical backgrounds. Each of these six loathsome souls are PL 10, allowing these characters to serve as enemies or rivals for any group of heroes; whether or not the heroes have a magical theme.
