From the introduction: Greetings adventurers. This world is called Lejentia, based upon the Ælvish word meaning "for all life." It is quite possible that Lejentia is our Earth in the far future, although none alive can say for sure. The planet consists of four major land masses, three oceans, and a handful of seas.
