User summary: This card set was offered as a "D&D Rewards" for participation above a certain level in the LGR - Legacy of the Green Regent. The set of cards had to be pre-ordered and then picked up in person only, at selected conventions. Cards could be "played", as noted on the card itself, to gain some advantage in the organized play program.
