Publisher's blurb: This is the 59th in an ongoing series aimed to provide the overworked DM with ready-to run encounters. The PCs are called upon to rescue the husband-to-be of an ambitious merchant’s daughter from a medusa. While the ancient myth tells of the evil of Medusa, perhaps the stories are not truths written in stone. The lowest CR of the easiest encounter, a child of Medusa, is 3 but this can be modified to increase its difficulty. The highest CR creature is, of course, a CR 6 medusa. It includes a history/background for the encounter, a map, and monster stats. The companion ZIP file contains JPEG versions of the maps (with and without grid), a Hero Lab file, the Word file of the encounter, and a PDF with character sheets for all the monsters.
