ehold the Legacy! Starfarer Adversaries: Legacy Bestiary is a collection of more than 200 classic fantasy monsters, updated for a science-fantasy universe! The Starfinder Roleplaying Game presents a galaxy with the same history and cosmology as the sword-and-sorcery “Fantasy Path” RPG that came before it, but has little room to update what the monsters of that fantasy world have done with access to star-travel! This tome not only updates these “Legacy” creatures to the Starfinder Roleplaying Game rules, it updates their concepts to account for high-tech and galactic adventure. Mimics as vending machines! Uplifted owlbears! Frost giants wielding cryoweapons! Dinosaur-themed warbots! But it also presents new options that build on those fantasy concept. Mimic starfighters. Undead dinosaurs. Void elementals. Mecha-Tiamat! So whether you are looking forward to hurling updated fantasy versions of legacy standbys from older versions of the game, want to see what new creations can evolve when scifi and fantasy concepts mix, or just need more adversaries at a range of CRs to pit against your PCs, the Legacy bestiary has what you need! - from the publisher's blurb
