User Summary Kind of the 1980s Tropico; set in an underdeveloped Latin American country, General Tapioca is on the run after the revolution in San Théodoros. You take the role of the general, who is a head of San Théodoros and in chief of revolutionary forces Le Picaros - rule the state, by making decisions that will make the people happy - and don't get overthrown! In multiplayer mode each player (up to nine) plays as a local general of a province in San Théodoros: declare wars against the other and the general who eliminates the his opponents wins the game.
