Lariat

From publisher blurb: The Lariat is a prime example of a gimmick villain with specialized gear. His crimes will revolve around rodeo or cowboy antics, such as stealing from carnivals or horsenapping Roy Rogers’ trusty steed Trigger. This release contains details a golden age villain PL 11. This is the eleventh in a series of releases that will make up the final Deus ex Historica.
