Landprey

From publisher blurb: Found in deep woods and dark waters, the Landprey is a ravenous beast that drains its victims of their bodily fluids. Fast-moving and powerful of body, its gullet is a horror filled with hundreds of dagger-like teeth. Lacking any capacity for emotion or mercy, the Landprey’s only care is to feed. Whether it chooses to live on land or skulk beneath the water, its days are an endless hunt for prey. If, in your wanderings, you find a trail of shriveled corpses, beware. It could be a sign that a Landprey is near.
