From the tale of the witness, it is believed the lake is the fabled Dil-Pais shun Ellok, meaning the ‘ever-waters’, or what the locals call the Lake of Stone. Its purple waters were said to make one’s body more youthful, extending their life. Although seeming a fantastic find, what lies beneath the surface could lead to the demise of the unwary. Lake of Stone is a Q-Encounter, or Quick-Encounter, that can be run for a group of four to six players with 10th-level characters and higher. This encounter would be considered a ‘medium’ to ‘hard’ encounter.
