Lair of the Lizard Cult

From the description: Delve deep into the Lair of the Lizard Cult and unearth what putrid secrets (and shiny baubles) lie in the dark, guarded by those whose skin has turned to scales and whose blood has cooled to ice. Lair of the Lizard Cult is a small dungeon inspired by Blue Öyster Cult's album 'Cultösaurus Erectus' and compatible with MÖRK BORG, though it could be adapted for your TTRPG of choice with fairly minimal effort.
