Lady Adoncia Carvendona "The Baroness"

From publisher blurb: Lady Adoncia Carvendona, The Baroness, wears many masks: gracious noblewoman; patroness of the arts and humanities; saboteur; radical mastermind; supervillain. From her base in Vadashar, she sits at the center of a vast criminal and smuggling empire. A true zealot, Adoncia borders on the megalomanical, believing her efforts to create a better world immunize her against the consequences of her schemes. Ultimately, she sees herself as a god creating chaos for the sake of birthing a better world (one created in her image). Included: A brief history of the Free City of Vadashar Deep backstory and character descriptions for Lady Adonica and her most powerful minions Information about her international organization hierarchy Faction goals, desires, and methods Introduction to a new cult Adventure hooks New magic items NPC stat blocks Advice for incorporating a supervillain like Lady Adoncia into your campaign
