La Chose de Grotemburg

User Summary La Chose de Grotemburg ("The Thing From Grotemburg") is a French satyrical horror adventure game. Germaine, the main character's wife, is found brutally murdered in her kitchen and it's up to the player to find out who or what killed her and take action. The game is typical of graphical adventure games of the era: a display showing the location the player is at, some narrative text and a text interface where the player input commands (like "OPEN CUPBOARD").
