Kraken

From publisher blurb: Having lost his legs in an explosion involving the spider-powered hero, Recluse, Mitchel McCracken, a brilliant scientist skilled in genetics, mechanical engineering, physics, radiology, and robotics, created a harness with robotic tentacles, and attached it to his lower body. Mitchel then confronted Recluse as the deadly Kraken! (PL 8). Super Powered Legends. Because sometimes what you need is a character everyone will recognize, even if they’ve never met her before.
