A Queenie first introduced in Kingdom Builder: Empire Edition but later made available by itself. The Emperor's Choice includes 8 cards and 2 cardboard standees. Each card details a rule that alters the way you play a round of Kingdom Builder. Shuffle all cards at the start of the game and draw only one card to be revealed to all players. Players will have to adjust how they play based on the "Emperor's Choice. Cards include Volcano, Ferry, Island, Capitol, Plateaus, Caves, Spy Network, and Native Soil.
