King of Storms: Regent of Fire

From publisher blurb: “We were told the King of Storms would rain lightning upon the world once the throne was taken. I defy this. For it shall be the Queen of Storms who rains fire down upon the ashes of what was once your homes. I shall turn the rivers into lava and the earth into cinder. Death will be quick and assured as I raise a new visage of humanity from the burned-out remains of your past. And I do it without remorse or regret. I do it without love or misgivings. I do it, because it must be done.”
