Kämpfe in Reihen is a set of rules for the Lace Wars period, allowing players to recreate the linear style battles in a way that emphasises the role played by the Gentlemen and Colonels of the period. Players will need to seize control of every situation, in order to win the day with dash and swagger. The rules use a no-dice mechanism, aiming to bring the fun and suspense back into wargaming. They are designed to allow large games with lots of commands and are suitable for multi-player games for an evening, or longer. Kämpfe in Reihen aims to give a feel for the period and the way command and control worked in the century, where looks and righteousness were as much a part of battle as good training and armaments.
